We specialize in experienced-based brands. Among other jobs, we’ve spent 21 combined years creating branding, marketing, and customer service strategies at Starbucks Coffee Company. We started with Starbucks in 1996 (during the brand’s heyday) and lead marketing efforts through 2011. We’ve done marketing at the store, regional, and corporate level. We have literally marketed Starbucks around the world.
