for Seattle’s Best Coffee

Identifying strategies for a consumer promotion to integrate and leverage all product channels

Seattle’s Best Coffee marketing team wanted to pull-together the various channels that serve their coffee. The objective was to drive traffic and build brand awareness in and between the channels.

Idea Sandbox hand-crafted and led a day-long, creative problem solving session to engage participants from each channel. We drew upon their expertise, and generated promotional ideas that were brand appropriate, channel appropriate, and relevant to customers.

The ideas developed during this session were used by Seattle’s Best to build the summer 2006 promotion – the first ever cross-channel promotion in the brand’s history.
