What would I do for free? Well, that's pretty easy. Cook! I'm not the most experienced person in the kitchen but it's something I haven't given up on. I want to become better with recipes and I think people's comments and reactions to the results are invaluable. One thing I wouldn't do for free would be writing.
I'm pretty lucky. Experience Design is what I do, and it's what I'd do for free. I adore helping other business owners delight customers and make more money. I mean, how cool is that?
Of course, I worked toward it for years, learning and adding a bit here and there until I got to doing exactly what I love. So maybe it's not luck after all.
(Cooking I already do for free. : ) Back when I did it for pay, I hated the "job" aspect. I still liked helping customers have a marvelous Experience, though.)
For me... this is it. Helping others come up with great ideas. It's a win-win... You get better ideas... and I get the satisfaction of helping someone.
Thanks for posting your personal passions... I'll make sure Kevin (the author of "Red Rubber Ball") sees your posts!

Paul,
